It’s school holidays and we’ve been lucky to have quite a few sunny autumn days… perfect for doing quick sketches while out and about with the kids :)
On a bushwalk these trees (blackened by fire) stood out against all the green,
I took a photo and then did a quick watercolour sketch…
… here’s the finished version with ink detail over the top.
