Stoneware clay and silver pendants

Since ancient times – throughout history, people have worn amulets and jewellery for protection and good luck.

I draw inspiration from these ancient symbols, incorporating my own design-work to create these original pendants.
I believe symbols play an important role in our lives – especially positive and protective symbols.
Being simple in design, my pendants are striking to wear, appealing both in their originality and meaning.

Each pendant is individually hand-made and kiln-fired. Most pieces have been through 3 firings in order to achieve the varied effects. There are 3 different styles:
Colour – recessed symbol on stoneware clay, fired with colours
Platinum Lustre on Black – contrasting pieces, which can be worn with almost anything
Pure Silver on Colour or Black – silver is moulded over the fired clay in the shape of the symbol.

The finished pendant is strung on leather cord, & delivered to you in a gift box with the symbolic meaning the inside of the lid.
